Order Confirmation & Communication
After checkout, you will receive an automatic confirmation via email and SMS. If delivery is selected, a follow‑up message will be sent to collect your delivery address and confirm your scheduled date.

Payment & Invoicing
All orders are paid in full at checkout.
Delivery fees are based on mileage and will be invoiced separately once your delivery address is confirmed.
Money bouquets require two payments:
The bouquet itself is paid at checkout
The cash amount will be invoiced separately and must be paid before your order is created
Rush fees may apply to orders placed within 4 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To request a change, text (919) 410-8165 as soon as possible. Adjustments depend on timing and product availability.
All orders are non‑refundable. If there is an issue at pickup or delivery, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Care & Safety
A photo of your completed bouquet will be sent to the email or phone number provided before pickup or delivery.
Glitter is recommended only for eternal/ribbon roses; using glitter on fresh blooms may shorten their lifespan.
Bouquets may contain natural thorns or baby’s breath. Most thorns are removed, but please handle all arrangements carefully and avoid ingesting any florals.
