Billing & Renewal
All subscriptions are billed automatically on the renewal date selected at checkout.
Payments are processed using the card on file. Customers may update their payment method at any time through their account portal.
Grace Period for Failed Payments
If a payment fails, the subscription will remain active for 8 days while the system attempts to reprocess the payment. During this grace period:
The customer will receive automated reminders to update their payment method.
Deliveries scheduled within this window may be paused until payment is resolved.
The subscription is not considered canceled during this time.
Cancellation for Non‑Payment
If the payment is not successfully completed by the end of the 8‑day grace period, the subscription will be automatically canceled. Once canceled:
The customer must re‑subscribe to resume service.
Any pending or upcoming deliveries will be removed from the schedule.
Payments already processed for previous cycles remain non‑refundable.
Updating Payment Information
Customers are responsible for keeping their billing information current. If a card expires, declines, or fails for any reason, the customer must update their payment method within the 8‑day grace period to avoid cancellation.
Delivery Adjustments
Changes to delivery dates, bouquet style, or presentation must be submitted at least 4 days before the next scheduled delivery. Changes submitted after this window may apply to the following cycle.
Pausing or Canceling a Subscription
Subscriptions may be paused or canceled at any time.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date.
Payments for the current cycle are non‑refundable once processed.
