Up to 20 guests. 3-4 curated floral varieties with greenery. Includes setup and breakdown, custom guided sign, wraps, ribbons and floral care essentials.


Cancellation Policy

Petite Bloom Bar — $460 Non‑Refundable Retainer: $150 Secures your event date and is applied toward your total balance. Refundable Damage Deposit: $75 Due 48 hours before your event. Refunded within 48 hours after pickup/drop‑off if all equipment is returned in its original condition. Total Due at Booking: $150 Remaining Balance Due: 48 hours before event (remaining balance + $75 refundable deposit) Rental Duration Policy Clients may keep the Bloom Bar or stand rental for up to 8 hours on the day of their event. Pickup and return times will be confirmed during booking. Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Payments made toward your Bloom Bar booking are non‑refundable. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your event date are not eligible for credit or rescheduling and will be considered a forfeited booking. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule one time at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled event date. Any request made inside the 72‑hour window is treated as a cancellation and is not eligible for rescheduling or credit. Refundable Damage Deposit A flat $75 refundable damage deposit is required for all Bloom Bar rentals. This deposit protects all of the Bloom Bar equipment provided. The deposit is refunded within 48 hours after pickup or drop‑off if all items are returned in their original condition. Any damage, loss, or misuse will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
